Recently, my elderly mother called Mid-Land Plumbing for some work. I understand all service companies have a minimum charge. However, all they did was 5 minutes worth of work replacing a rubber flap on her toilet and they charged her $178!!!! This was bad enough, but, when I politely called them to ask if I correctly understood the work performed and the cost, the gentleman I spoke with was completely rude. Even after reiterating my intention in calling, he persisted in the attitude. I expressed, of course,that I thought the cost was excessive. He practically yelled at me that he had to make a living. Do not use this company!! They obviously prey on the elderly in the name of the bottom line.

Brian is great. He’s always available, on-time and responds immediately. He is extremely professional and offers fair pricing. I own an office building and he does my commercial and residential plumbing work. I also like knowing that when I call Mid-Land Plumbing, I will be getting Brian and not someone I don’t know.
