Miriam Rangel is the best!
I discovered my checking account had been compromised on a Thursday evening and I needed to leave for a trip the next day on Friday. Miriam had me sit down and walked me through everything I needed to do, and then set it all up for me. New checking account, new checks, new debit card, (set it up so my current card would work for the weekend). She printed out a log of recent transactions and had me point out which were automatic bills, which she helped me to get transferred. She submitted the fraud cases for me (I had around 400$ stolen), which were quickly resolved. I was expecting my weekend trip to be ruined and cancelled, but Miriam made everything super easy and secure. I bet the entire process took 45 minutes total. Thank you Miriam!
