      image I rented a scissor lift for a ceiling installation for my business, and the staff at United Rentals was incredibly helpful and easy to work with! Specifically Ethan, who showed me how to work everything and made sure we were loaded up correctly to get on the road (he really went above and beyond to help make sure we were set). I'll definitely be back for any future equipment rental needs!

      image NEWS FLASH: You tell someone that the charge to rent an autoscrubber for 24hrs is 275.00. After the equipment is picked up the following day , you charge 850.00 on the card that was given to you. THIS IS FRAUD. I called 3 times today to get this rectified and was passed around to a number that kept on getting pushed to voicemail. If this is how you think you can treat customers you are dead wrong. Your company is trash and the charge is being disputed.
      2 months later: The company never bothered to do anything about this situation. Pathetic and fraudulent.
