This isnt about my own expeiriance my son goes through these people and anytime he calls and speaks to them they are very rude right off the top and when he requested to speak to a manager and she was just as rude as the first woman he had spoken to. These people defenatly need to learn communication skills and learn how to conduct bussiness or find themselves new jobs. I advised my son to call better bussiness and contact a corporate office about their conduct.
