I really enjoyed working with Cindy and John to find our vacation. They did a great job with giving us options and staying within our budget. With that said, I was responsible for determining travel requirements and finding the correct paperwork to enter the country I was visiting. We had a major delay with our flights, which I was also responsible for figuring out how to navigate the situation. Since I do not work with many travel agents, I am unsure of the protocol/responsibilities of travel agents in these situations. Again, great agency that worked hard to find the vacation that we wanted. Cindy is a great communicator and is very pleasant to talk with!

Worst travel agency ever. Everyone in my group got flights that made sense. Even people who booked after me so it wasn’t full. Booked me a flight 4 hours out of the way just so they could probably have some extra money for themselves. Just book the stuff yourself. You will do better then this place
