Quality work and honest. Robbie put a basement under my house about 5 years ago. It's dry and useable.it's like doubling my home's floor space.

We contacted this business in 2016 to get an estimate to have a basement wall fixed. The owner Robbie came out and looked at what we needed to have fixed and said he would email an estimate but I never received it. The issue with the wall wasnt an immediate problem so we decided not to repair the wall at that time. Fast forward to May 18 of this year. We are selling the house and need an updated estimate so that prospective buyers know what the cost will be to fix the wall. I contacted Robbie as he had already looked at the wall and I was hoping that he would be able to send me the estimate (that we never received) from when he had assessed the wall in 2016. Robbie asked me to text him my email address, which I did. May 19th I texted him again to see if he could tell me the total of the estimate. He told me the total and said from the pictures I have etc, etc, etc so he clearly still had the pictures of the area in question. I asked him again if he could send the estimate to my email. A few days later I called him and he said he would have to have someone come out and take pictures again. We no longer live in the house, we live 60 miles away so we set up a time with the person he had coming to the house and drove 120 miles round trip to meet the person at the house. This was May 27. I texted and called Robbie several times asking for the estimate with no response, wouldnt answer or return my calls or texts. My significant other called Robbie June 3rd and Robbie told him that he would work on the estimate that night and email it to me the next day. I texted Robbie my email address the morning of June 4th to be sure he had it and never received the estimate. My significant other attempted to call Robbie and he did not answer. My realtor texted Robbie with no response. I texted Robbie June 7th again asking for the estimate to be emailed. I emailed him this day as well. No response. We have wasted almost a month waiting on an estimate from Robbie when I could have just called another company (which I finally did). If you dont want someones business just say so instead of wasting their time. Super unprofessional and I would never recommend this company to anyone.
