I tried to contact OWS Food Organizer, it turn out to be a waste of time. they never answer their phone, I left messages for them to return my call they never did. Via multiple e-mail I tried to get an appointment for a conference call, they provided me a Date and time, contact number together with ID number to join. I waited 3 days when time to join the meeting! they never picked up the phone. On my 11th e-mail to them to asked why they did not pick up the phone. their reply was, they had another appointment same time as mine. On my 12th e-mail I tried to explain my needs. This followed with no more replies. Worst Service ever.

They absolutely have the worst customer service. And shipping department I have been waiting on my order Over 6 weeks and still do not have my completed order every time. My contact them they keep telling me it takes time well. It doesn't take 7 weeks this is ridiculous. I wish there was another company to buy this from.
