We stayed because of the convenience of the hospital as the husband had an early morning surgery. The room was great. Bed and pillows were some of the better ones I stayed on. The room was clean. I loved that they use Dove products in the bathroom because I have sensitive skin and hotels are usually hit or miss on if I can use their offered products. My room came with the breakfast buffet but there is a cost associated with. The breakfast buffet is a standard buffet: eggs, meat, biscuits/gravy, fresh fruit etc. I dont think I would pay the associated cost I believe it was between 12 to 13 per person. My morning check out person was great. The check in person left something to be desired. When we arrived ahead of didnt acknowledge us or even tell us she would be with us shortly she just ignored us for several minutes. The cost was higher than we normally like to pay but the convenience made us ignore it. Was around the $150 to $160 range.
This would not stop me from booking again as I always like to give several tries before not booking with a hotel again.
Rooms: We got a king suite. It was great with the separate living room and small bar area. The bedroom was separate with a door which was nice too. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

3 minutes from medical campus. Rooms are great, restaurant/bar with good food.

Easy interstate access. Was there on the weekend, so very quiet. Bed was very comfortable and room was very clean!!
Only downside is limited dining nearby and no " free" breakfast. But you can buy it for 12.95.

I have been coming to this hotel for years and they always have superb service, excellent cleanliness and the location is great for my stay.
Rizza and Rachel always greet me with a smile and friendliness to make sure my accommodations are great. They go above and beyond all expectations and make me feel like family.
The fitness center has good modern equipment and was well-maintained. Breakfast buffet is delicious and staff is attentive and friendly. The Bar and Room service was prompt and good food as well.
The Staff is main reason I keep coming back. To be recognized is special and I do very appreciate them!
Walkability: Very convenient with a brisk walk to the Convention Center.
