I am a tenant renting from Wesley Property Management since 2019. I have reported to them that my AC unit was broken and requested repairs since Aug or Sep 2020. That's over 9 or 10 months ago. They have only ever tried to temporarily patched the problem by adding freon to an already leaking AC unit. That "patch" provides only 3-5 days of cooling air.
At best, the office sent someone maybe 3-4 times in the last year, only to put freon in this broken AC unit, where the freon leaks out in just a few days. That's still months without a working AC unit.
I must keep the windows open throughout the day and night to attempt to reduce the temperature in my home, rain or shine. Last week the outside temperatures were at or near the 100s...so was the inside of my home.
The problem is still not fixed even though I have called & emailed their office numerous times and for days in a row but still no resolution. The AC is still broken and not repaired.
Additionally, every tenant they have put next door in this duplex has been both extremely loud and smoked marijuana constantly, so much so that the secondhand smoke fills my home, and has negatively affected my children lives and my home life.
I have already filed a complaint through the BBB against them/owner and plan further litigation if a reasonable, beneficial agreement cannot be reached.

In response to the property management's poor attempt to respond to my review and excuse their neglect...let me remind them and anyone else reading this that Wesley Property knows who their vendor is and the work he does for them. He works for them exclusively and he notifies Wesley Property of ANY work he does for them. The vendor told me LAST YEAR that he knew adding freon was a temporary fix, he knew the AC wasn't repaired. But the property management delayed and delayed, waiting for the changing Fall and Winter season so they could just ignore the problem for another year. And so they did. They didn't respond to my multiple requests to fix the AC last year. And I've been calling consistently now for at least 4 months and they still have not repaired the AC. IT'S JULY NOW AND THERES STILL NO AC. They need to ASK me how to resolve this complaint because a reply to a review won't cut it.
Neglect and dismissiveness like this requires lawsuits and legal threats to ever get anything done. It so unfortunate.
If you rent from Wesley Property, better hope your AC doesn't break. You'll NEVER get it fixed.
