As a first time homebuyer the thought of costly repairs for things such as plumbing have kept me up some nights. Fearful that I would either be overcharged and the issue not actually being fixed was always in the back of my mind. I gave JF Denny (and Bill the plumber) a chance to put my worries away and take care of my home plumbing needs. Needless to say, they (I mean Bill the plumber) did just that! He listened to my issue at hand (Shower causing leakage of water into the garage)identified the problem(drain seal installed poorly among various other things), and fixed it in a timely manner! He was honest and assured me that his company would not take advantage of my situation for financial gain. Thanks JF Denny! I look forward to working with all of you (hopefully for renovation and not repairs) in the near future.
