Just moved out because of job relocation after living at Fairway Hills for 30 months. If you enjoy peace of mind, quiet and security, this is the place. It is extremely quiet and I enjoyed that. The icing on the cake is the staff led by Sherrie. Maintenance was never an issue. Put it on the app and it was usually fixed the next day. Any problem with the rent, Sherrie would address immediately. I would go back in a minute.

Moved after purchasing a home. The complex is quiet, and well maintained. Maintenance is very friendly and always prompt with work orders. Everyone in the front office is responsive when you call or email. You're given advanced noticed before entering your apartment. If you're not home and maintenance is inside doing repairs. They'll leave a maintenance is working sign outside your door and a work order complete form. I've never had to worry about my packages being left at my door overnight. Only down side is sometimes the complex trash compactor gets full quickly. Overall you get what you pay for.

Renewed my lease for another year. This complex offer great rates and the staff are all respectful and friendly.
01/18/2022 Still highly satisfied! Best apartment complex I have lived at out of three. I love that we always receive advanced notice when they need to enter our homes. Maintenance is always very respectful. They always ask permission before entering any rooms. The rent goes up each year. It's worth it compared to other places. You get what you pay for. I don't plan to move until I am purchasing a home.
06/2018 New resident absolutely love the complex so far. Management so nice, everything is done online and the security gate the icing on the cake. My apartment was updated well and I have no complaints. Only thing is being since the outside is open you do see insects. I bought a bug trapper bulb for my patio and a bug repellent candle for inside my home.

I leased with them for a year, and it was a great experience!! The office staff and maintenance team were always friendly and great to work with. Anytime I needed something, they communicated much better than other complexs Ive experienced.
If I were still renting, I most definitely would have stayed here!!
I loved having a secure area to go on walks, an plenty of open fields for my daughter to run around it. There are plenty of supplies areas for pet waste for anyone walking their pets as well!
