Only feasible option in the area, necessary to work from home. Unfortunately their service is so poor I'm afraid I'm gonna lose my job. Down for repairs for the fourth time this week -- if your area has the option for anything else, get it.
Support wait times over an hour. Ridiculous.

0 out of 10 . I unfortunately had to give them a star to post so , yeah its not earned ! I would never recommend ! Our apartment building has had about 4 visit this month due to connection issues. Cox is over priced & with the amount of issues that have occurred this past couple months everyone in this building should be compensated. Im a college student and its frustrating to not be able to rely on what I pay over 250+ plus a month for. Get it together COX !
