I use their internet for one day and it was so slow. I cancel their service the same day and they still charge me for the service. Then I return the equipment and now they say they didn't get it and now they sent me to collections.

Worst, over priced, non-existent customer service on planet! Lied about price in beginning & still have not fixed my bill after 1 year! Horrible company! Poor service, took 2 months 1 week to get installed!! Never go w/centurylink jc,is, folks! Ginormous mistake folks!!!

Had century link in Milford and never had any problems, so after a breakup and moving to Junction City, I signed up in October for the 10mbs plan. I've called 6 to 8 times because I've not been able to use the internet hardly at all. I tried to cancel several times, but after being told they'd send someone to check why I was only getting MAYBE 1mbs of the data, and that they would pay for whatever it took to fix the issue, I stayed with them. So here we're are 4 months later, the technician never showed up to fix the issue. I had a missed call from one at work a few months ago, and called right back to leave a message.... never heard from them again. I'm still MAYBE getting 1mbs of data. I'm taking online college courses and can't even do that at home. Looking around for other options for sure.

Wonderful customer service but not the best internet to be honest. Itâ€™s just as spotty as Vyve was for us.
