Held a package because it had an "express sticker" on it. They didn't even ship it as express and took 5 days to get to the correct city. They want $42 including the $16 already paid even though it took them a week to get it to the correct city. Impossible to get ahold of.

Our post office here in our town Junction City, Kansas failed to take accountability for miss delivered a package. Both the sender (business) and post office showed that the package was delivered on Saturday 9/16/2023 but the mailman delivered it to the wrong mailbox and dishonest people didnt return the package knowing it wasnt theirs. Since when is our fault for someone else mistake. Take responsibility #junctioncitypostoffice #usps

The staff was always helpful and nice in the post office itself but as soon as you call and got a question, simply RUDE! I just called twice in a row, because I thought, there was an issue with the phone line etc. a guy picked up the phone & stated his name and location for the post office here in JC, as soon as I said I had a question about international shipping, it hung up. So naturally, I call again, because I thought it was a mistake .. JUST TO BE HUNG UP ON AGAIN! If you want me to call the hotline, then say so instead of hanging up in a customers face .. very disappointing after I paid nearly $100 for shipping a package and was told 10-15 days and itll be a month in a few days. If you cant give me the info thats fine, but dont hang up on someone ..
