I purchased a home via bill white RE. Chantelle was my agent. Since I was new to the area I asked if she could recommend a home inspector and termite inspector. She did and hired them and we set the day and time for the inspections. Chantelle didnt bother showing up and left me with strangers to do the inspections.
Needless to say the termite inspector CPR did not show. I didnt know this till months later when my property was swarmed by termites and the person that did the inspection wasnt the man that was here for the original inspection.
He actually showed up the day after when no one was here. Claimed he couldnt get into the buildings as he had no keys. But they were all in the lock box on the door. He fudged his report as there was termite damage he didnt report.
The home inspector, Brock, was paid for his job as well and did not inspect the bones or foundation therefore I have a foundation that is crumbling underneath me . Had he reported that there was extensive damage under the home I never would have bought it. Same with the termite inspector.
Bill white reality tells home owners to stage homes to hide things . And they do it well. They pay these inspectors to fudge reports to get quick sales. No respectable inspector would do that. They tell the truth, therefore they are not hired to preform the inspections cause they wont lie. Steer clear of this agent . They will sell you a home that is falling down and not even blink an eye when the sale is final even when they know what they are doing.
This edit is dated 10/17/2023. So after some time had passed i asked bill white reality to fix my issues by buying back the house they lied about and sold to me. He said no but that he would sell it for me. I said commission free? He said no. I asked if he had a guy that could fix the issues he said yes. Weeks later i never heard from him or his fix it guy. I called and he told me his fix it guy didnt have a crawler and i should call back later . Well i called back and was ignored. No one called me back. So i gave bill white a chance to redeem himself but i guess he didnt feel he had to. So again i say to all those that might be looking to buy or sell your property, stay clear of bill white reality. You will get screwed. Same with anyone that does termite inspections and home inspections for him... dont trust you will get your moneys worth because you wont!

Owners son should be disbarred for falsly advertising the property, not pricing it as i asked, and being rude and disrespectful.
