      image Worst stay ever. We booked through Wyndham, stated they accept pets. Arrived and front desk stated they did not. Stated we could stay with deposit.
      Man stated we would receive deposit back. Never did get deposit back. Room was dirty, I left it cleaner than we found it.

      image My husband and I booked a room using our points. When we got there the owner wanted an additional $50 . He took our points which we sadly won't get back. He's very rude .
      I've had friends who also had bad experiences here which involve them stealing $400 off their card and trying to kick out someone who has health issues which prevent her from smoking and accuse her of smoking ...... wouldn't recommend staying here at all.

      image Ive never been so upset. Staff was rude, there was absolutely no hot water, I stayed in a room adjourning another, if I had know I wouldnt have booked the reservation. Was awake half the night because of other guests. When I asked for a cot, I was given a look that wasnt friendly and a sharp No we dont have that. Before staff walked away.

      image Cable didn't work, shower didn't work, dirty rooms, mold in the Bathroom, stains in the bed, toilet didn't flush. The only redeeming feature was the guy at the front desk was nice.
