Absolutely amazing!! Not only did they save me $550 from being ripped off from another shop who said I needed service that I really didn’t, but they told me what preventative care I can do to make my brakes last longer. Midas has been over the top kind, attentive, and transparent.
Only issue I has was the front desk employee smoking a e-cigarette right next to a sign in the shop that said “no smoking including e-cigarettes”.
The mechanics are amazing, and I will definitely be making Midas my only place to take care of my car!! Service: Brakes

Wish I could recommend this place. I went in for an alignment after replacing a lot of front end parts (struts, ball joints, tie rod ends, etc because of age more than wear) and getting new tires. The old tires had worn evenly, but were at the end of their life. The people there were very friendly. I had an enjoyable visit! (Based on that I'd give them 5 stars!) Everything seemed as good as it could be when I left.
Now I went to college for B.A.S in Automotive Technology, graduated with a 3.9 GPA and passed A1-A8 ASE tests. I know what I'm talking about with cars. Not trying to brag, just trying to prove that I'm not just some armchair automotive hero.
A few months and 3000 miles later I went to rotate my tires (the tire guy offered free rotations and my shop was crowded) and the rear tires were almost wore out. Fronts were looking perfectly fine. I went back to try to figure out what in the world was going on as the tire guys said it was a poor alignment (I agreed judging from the tire condition and driving characteristics) I had to get there early to be done before work so I scheduled an appointment as the first person in line. Get me in, figure out what is the problem, get me out, go on about our days. I was hoping for a win for both of us.
Got there early, before they opened and waited. As soon as they were open they helped a different customer (ok, she was probably needing help more than me, no issue). When I was helped, the fellow was super rude. I've been around my fair share of rough folks too. He didn't want to help, all he wanted was to prove I was wrong and he was right (I just wanted to find the issue, not fight about it). He finally put the car on the lift and "showed me" the rear shocks were leaking oil. They were dry. I wiped it with my finger and there was no oil leaking. He also said the chop on the tires comes and goes. I spun the tire, felt it, and the wear was consistent, not irregular.
Finally, after I asked him, he put the car on the alignment rack to check the alignment. After a while, he brought me out and showed me it was in tolerance. He did mention he adjusted it slightly. The printer was low on ink so the printout was very hard to see. He offered to change the rear shocks for me, but I declined and left as I had a work meeting. After being there for two hrs! It should have taken 15-20 mins.
I closely studied the printout later and found the rear had been out of spec before the "slight" adjustment. Now, was the alignment rackout of adjustment? They can be off. Was the wrong car accidently put in so the wrong rear spec was inserted and adjusted to? It could have been an honest mistake by someone who is good at their job. It would have been a totally different story, but rude employees will always scare your customers away. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth, and not knowing if he actually righted the issue, I can't go back. Why should I? There are other shops that would gladly take the extra business. I'll be going to a different shop to get the alignment rechecked before replacing two new (but wore out) tires.
Update: I brought my car in to a different shop since the rear tires continued to wear at an accelerated rate. They checked it, informed me the front was good and the rear toe adjustment was off. Fixed it and it is good now. Just took an extra two tires and a second alignment to get it right.
