He was no nonsense and direct about what could and couldn't be accomplished with the process, gave me a timeline of how things would go down and kept in touch throughout the entire process. Jeff was very prompt, thorough, and gave clear directions when I filed. My case was discharged in nine weeks and I even got my money back from Capital One as Capital One wiped out my accounts.
