image I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Liberty Communications. Their lack of professionalism and understanding was truly astounding. Despite being promised a call back, not once did they follow through. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

image We had internet installed today, they sent two guys to do the work. They were respectful and professional. I was so pleased with how quickly the job was done and making sure it worked for me. They offered to help with anything I needed. I would highly recommend to use this company.

image Never in my life have I ever experienced such unprofessional behavior I have reached out since February regarding a government program that I got excepted for. The government program told me to reach out to my Internet provider and provide my confirmation code and Ill be assisted for the following months until April 2024. I am upset, during this experience I have called about 5 to 6 times addressing this matter every encounter gives the same result , the call representative, then tries and informs me that the program is going to be shut down in April and tells me that its only $30 a month. I then every time have to argue that $30 is $30 and its going to help me in my situation because I am poor enough to be approved for the affordable act program.
What business do these representatives have telling me $30 is not worth or trying to make it seem like $30 is not worth their time. My bill is only about 80 bucks a month that would bring my bill almost down to half of what it is.
I spoke to Customer representatives about it, and I spoke to a HR lead representatives about it. Every experience has been similar. Ive had to fight for my rights. The only reason why this issue is still on going is because every representative stated they were going to give a call back. I have been waiting since February for about 5 people to give me a call back.
This company will never work with you. The only actions that Liberty Communications makes are direct beneficial acts such as charging or adding fees. If you want to feel like an important customer and treated with respect and not just a line of income, choose a mobile phone provider that provides home internet services.
I personally own my own business and I feel so strongly about how I have been mistreated if I ever find out my employees mistreated my customers this way theyd be fired no questions asked.
Its time to treat the consumers fairly.
