Upscale 16 lane bowling entertainment center focused on family and fun. Arcade with prize counter, snack bar with homemade pizza, plenty of cold drinks, pro shop and private meeting & party rooms and full service event planning.
Really nice and clean a lot of fun. We played one game but we weren't sure if we could play another cuz it was quite busy.

Went in with a party of five and we had a blast! The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to get a lane right away. We had a 4 year old and he had fun with the ramp and bumpers. We ordered food and it was really good! Fresh pizza with a really good crust and amazing appetizers. We were able to get everyone fed for a good price and we had fun while doing it. We came from Ames and we will definitely be back.

Facility was nice but the lady upfront was extremely rude and snappy and isn't very helpful or informative you're better off going to spare time in West Des Moines their facility is nicer, staff is friendly and informative over there to compare here. this experience ruined our family outing and we ended up leaving halfway through our time I'd give it a 0/5 if I could

Hi Caleb. Thank you for letting me know about your experience last night. (Looking at the receipts from last night, I'm assuming you were the Caleb with the large group on lanes 14-16 on Friday 3/8 who wanted to bowl for 2 hours?) We wish you would have brought your concerns to our attention while you were here. You were put across 3 lanes because you had 11 people in your party- 8 of whom chose to bowled. Robyn explained that there is only room for 5 people per lane and that everyone in the group needs to be counted- even if they aren't bowling. We do not cram as many people as possible into a small space. We wish we had all of the extra space like Spare Time does, but the building was built like that. Robyn did offer to sell you bowling by the game since you needed that 3rd lane for extra room, but sold 2 hours to you as requested. I don't understand how having enough room to be comfortable ruined your family outing, but we certainly would have refunded the balance of your unused time purchased back to you, if you had called it to our attention while you were here.
