WCBS works very hard at providing continuity of care throughout all of their programs. While there is always room for improvement, WCBS is putting measures into place that provide a safe place for their clients and staff to land in a very uplifting and supportive environment.

this place is amazing really helped my kid stop doing acid. he died in woodward so therefore he cant do acid anymore 5 stars

Community Base Services is a Joke.. They tell the clients what they want to hear but are Lies, They hire anybody to work for them, Staff get away with Stealing agencys gas Card to fill there own cars up, Staff gives there clients other Clients medications, Staff delay in taking their clients to get medical treatment. Example: lady complain about her bottom sore n a Staff member tells its just a hemorrhoid with out checking it out or taking her in n this lady got severely sick with a abscess infection n was hospitalized for few months n NOT by seeking her medical Attention she has more health Situations she has to deal with on a daily basis with a home health Nurse coming in to assist her .
The Homes are supposed to be Staff on site every shift and they arent. Houses will not have staff at some homes for shifts n a Staff will just come to deliver meds. Staff dont communicate with one another so there for they dont know what is going on. Some of the
houses are infested with mice, bed bugs, Nats and Stinky Oders from not being clean properly b/c Staff working just mark clients off doing their daily cleaning chores b/c staff dont know or how or want to work with them to guide them n help them cuz most of them are there for the money not for there services to help the clients to better them selves n work on to get back on there feet out into the community.
Its really SAD but TRUE.
When you get get evicted, being Emergency removed from program or whatever the circumstances maybe. Staff pick n choose if the clients get a 2nd chance back.
Woodward Community Base Services is NOT what they say they are . Think Twice about Sending your loved one, friend or referral to them..
