My first time renting a car ever! I went to hertz about a week ago because I needed a rental urgently. When I returned the car I was asking about pricing because it seemed like I was over charged, the lady at the front was very rude and rolled her eyes anytime I asked a question. How am I supposed to know about the pricing if this is my first time renting a car?! So many hidden fees as well, wasnt aware of any $200 deposit until I came to pick up the car. Dont go here to rent, go to enterprise! They are very nice and patient. Very good customer service at ENTERPRISE!

I should have listened to the other reviews on this place..This was a terrible experience-- no car, rude young lady at the front.. never renting from Hertz. Was told they would deliver my car, made arrangement for me to pickup, didn't have car, didn't know when they were going to get a car for me. I was able to go right next door to Enterprise and they have a car and great service and better prices ! This place doesn't even deserve a star--- 0 STARS !

I called to get a reservation and they had no cars because they were holding them in case people extended their rental agreement. What good is a car rental place that doesnt have enough cars to rent. This place is a joke I wouldnt send my worst enemy there. Looks like its time for Enterprise!
