      image The Urbandale Enterprise location is fantastic. They are so kind, polite, professional, yet always manage to make me smile. They go over and beyond to get the perfect fit for our travel need. I find renting to be stressful, and sometimes it shows on face or in my attitude. This group is always on point and helps pull me through with ease. Thank you all.

      image A manager deleted the reservation and said that the wrong phone number was provided. According to the manager, he called the number but some other person responded and he deleted the reservation for safety reasons. I have checked reservation confirmation - all data was correct even in confirmation.
      Moreover, both managers in the office were cheeky and rude. They did not want to help to find other cars in the nearest locations until we insisted on that.
      If the company cares about customers I can provide a reservation number for further detailed investigation. Contact me in person.

      image Not worth renting at this location, won't let you park your car in their location and won't do anything about pick up for anybody. Worst service I have ever experienced. Might need to switch my business over to a different rental company
