Service department is very poorly managed, I have not received a phone call back after attempting to contact via phone and voicemail for the entire week. I finally had to choose another repair shop in townrepairs took 6 hours and cost significantly less the price I was quoted here at Ramsey. Ramsey service tech said the repair would take 3+ weeks.

Jeremy Medeiros was the absolute best! I dislike buying cars, but he made the process so easy. He told me about all the features on the car, didn't pressure me into any decision and checks up on me regularly since my purchase to see if there is anything he can help with. I even had a question about how to change a setting on my new Mazda and he went out to the lot, made a video of how to do it and texted it to me right away. Simply can't say enough good things about Jeremy and my Ramsey Mazda experience!

Great shopping experience getting my new CX-5. Dylan was wonderful, taking plenty of time to make sure I was getting the right car, walking me through the buying process, and explaining the cars features. I cant say enough about all the help he gave me. Highly recommend!
