Archies is the only place i go to, to get my car fixed, they're the best in the vehicle repair business. Shout out to Ty Arnette he's your man to go to! He got me in & out quicker then any other car place I've gone to. He's very knowledgeable about vehicles & answered all my questions expertly! Customer service was top notch(very helpful & friendly).

Wish I could give them 0 stars if I could. I was recommended to Archies by a bunch of my family members because they had some good experience with them. I called Archies stating that my AC/HEAT wasnt working and my crusie control wasnt working. They ended up finding a bunch of stuff wrong with my vehicle and gave a me a quote to fix everything. The quote was pretty high so I ended up getting it fixed elsewhere, but I was charged around $400 just to find out what was wrong, not to get anything actually fixed, but thats not the part Im upset about. When I got my truck back from there shop I was having to jump start it everytime I started it. I was not having to do that at all before I took it to them. I could just tell something wasnt right about my ignition. I couldn't even put my truck into accessory mode. The ignition wasnt put together how it was before. I called them and told them how I was having to jump my truck everytime I started it and how it wasnt doing that before. They said well thats your ignition switch going bad. If my ignition switch was bad before I brought it to the shop why wasnt I having to jump start it before hand? Then I was told that they had to jump start it in the shop a few times. They never mentioned this until I mentioned myself having to jump start it. Instead of trying to make it right and putting my ignition switch back together like it was before they acted like they didnt really care or want to fix it for free. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone at all. This is just one of those shops that is just out for money and not much else. Now I have more problems with my vehicle than I had before.

Hello Carter, I can't speak to what your truck was doing before you dropped it off at our shop. I can tell you that we had to jump start it before we even got it in the shop. It took several hours to track down the cause of your issues with the blower motor/AC, and cruise control. Our time to track down the problem was what you paid for. While we were working to diagnose it, we had to have it on a charger, so there was a draw on your battery. We found that the origin of your issues was your ignition switch not sending power to your interior fuse box. You chose to take your truck to another shop to have it fixed. When you called back, you spoke to our service writer, however, I did reach back out to you and offered to look at your truck again for no charge. You did not return my call. We also informed you of the other issues with your car that you requested to have inspected - separated tires causing your vibration and a leaking water pump causing coolant to leak on your belt. You were not charged to have these issues inspected. I apologize that our communication regarding our process and the issues your truck was having was less than perfect. We do care about accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles, and I assume that's why we came highly recommended by your family members.
