We can help coordinate with insurance companies for claims assistance, but will need to correspond with him as the policyholder and unfortunately would need more than his name is Mike to reach out to see how we can help. We agree that length of time is unacceptable but would ask the opportunity to assist by reaching out directly to us rather than posting a poor review of our company! Update: We were able to reach Mike's insurance company and the issue was escalated to management. Both the manger and the claim adjuster have reached out. Mike received a call from the claim manager while our team was on the phone with him. Glad we were able to get things moving in the proper direction quickly. Unfortunately, Mike did say you and your four sisters would be leaving bad reviews, but certainly this is not representative of our company as we take swift action when needed to assist with claims between our clients and insurance companies.
