Went to Perkins in Dubuque this AM. Significant delay getting our drinks even orderedbut I can deal with thatthe least of my issue with this visit. While waiting to order we hear staff across the lobby from us talking loudly in the kitchen. We hear b@tch! yelled loudlynot appropriate, but againon the lower end of things I was annoyed with.
Riley ordered biscuitsplain biscuits. The plate is full of hash brown fragments and oil and what not.
I say, Why are there hash browns all over this plate? The waitress goes, Oh, it probably happened in the prepping area.
I ask, What does that even mean?
She doubles down and goes, They probably put your hash browns on THAT plate and realized they needed a bigger plate.
I could NOT even believe she attempting to explain why it would EVER be ok to bring someones food on someone ELSES dirty plate

Ricky and Stephani were AMAZING!!! Wonderful service, great food. Stephani was prompt and very personable; Ricky was also extremely friendly and helpful. Employees like Stephani and Ricky are the reason why customers keep coming backthank you to both of you!
