Need anger management skill training on the phone. Called for an estimate and they asked if NFC was involved and when I said yes, the guy went nuts about how "they don't work with NFC because they control the project". I would move on from this group if looking for NFC financing. Chill out!!!

Thank You Neil and Wayne for a job well done. The window project was completed ahead of schedule. We are very pleased with the final product, the windows look great and we would recommend Midwest Builders to anyone looking to complete remodeling project.

We are very pleased with our sunroom. Wayne did a great job on it and was conscience of details. I deducted 1 start for late start (6 weeks turned into 12 before it was started) and lack of communication but once it was started, they stayed on it daily until it was done. Their subs were great too. Dave the sheet rock guy and his son were the best I've seen.
I would recommend Midwest Builders. They are good people who hire good people and do good work.

I am writing this note to recommend the excellent services of Midwest Builders. Midwest Builders added a four-seasons room to my home this Spring. Neil came to my home in March 2019 and he was prompt, professional, well-dressed and my daughter and I liked and trusted him from the beginning. I had two other quotes, but I hired Midwest Builders on the spot! Neil was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. He had insightful advice and did a great job of really listening to what I wanted. He guided me through every step and made the overwhelming process stress-free. The contractors were considerate, professional and cleaned up every day. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Neil and Midwest Builders – they are truly experts in their field!
