American Alarms set up my camera system for my business. Customer service is great, and the quality of the cameras is great. I've used them so much for things I didn't even think of....like checking to see if the snow plows had come through and if not, leaving for work early so I could clear the sidewalks. it's saved me time and the added security is just great. I highly recommend American Alarms for your business camera needs!

American Alarms saved the day for my small business. Here's the scoop: I own a service business downtown and was told I had to go with a huge alarms company when we moved locations and built out a new space, as they originally did our building. We could not get them to communicate with us for over a month, when they eventually did, as a small business, we felt like a low priority. They told us they could get the work done and once we signed a contract, after more back and forth, the admitted they couldn't source the parts through their own channels and would not be able to do the work for an indefinite amount of time. This would have left my employees and me without a place to work, laying off nearly 30 individuals. I called American Alarms in a panic and Adam Jacobs and his team swooped in, sourced the parts and completed work within 2 weeks. We were able to move on time and this was literally the one step holding up the process. Their communication with my contractor and me was great. Adam even came to our open house to see how it all came together!
