Terry came over same day I called. He replaced a shut-off valve in the basement to a lever and replaced the seal on a toilet. I felt the price was very reasonable.

I've used Park Avenue Plumbing many times, most recently today. I've always gotten quality work at a fair price. The guy is personable and does a great job.

One star for showing up to see the project of rerouting a kitchen sink drain pipe through the basement in DSM. Had me call a sewer company to map the sewer pipes which I did then never heard back from him after repeated messages left. Not convinced of his true abilities to tackle tough jobs any longer. If you can or cannot do a job at least say so and not ignore messages - sorry to have to say find another plumber.

Hired to change shower hardware. After first use I had water damage on ceiling below. Plus he charged a very high rate for the work he did. I had to hire another plumber to fix his mistakes and that plumber did the work for a faction of the cost. I would not recommend this plumber to anyone.
