I had a couple of quotes to replace all gutters around my house. Steve's quote was a little less so we hired Gutters Plus. They did a great job and I have no complaints. I just called him this week because one of the screws broke (probably from ice) and he came witihin a few days to get it fixed up. He stands behind the work he does and is very resposive to text messages.

Called for quote. They kept pushing back the date to come see the home, nobody came and I called every few days. I was in the 10day period to have my estimates done before buying the home. So didn't get an estimate and not able to negotiate it with the sellers now. Called again and they told me I should just have someone else do it.

Steve was great to work with. Showed up on time and did good work. I requested another drain to be installed after the first set of work was completed and he came out the next week and did it free of charge.

My husband called several places for a quote on roofing but literally no one answered the phone. Since we also needed gutters, he found Steve's information online and gave him a call. Not only did Steve answer the phone (seems like such a small thing) but he also offered to quote a roof along with the gutters. The roofers were fast and professional; cleaning up stray nails and wayward shingles before considering the job done. Steve and his crew were equally fast and very personable. Not only was the job done well, the bid came in under the quotes we got last summer.

I highly recommen Gutter Plus. Steve installed new gutters on front of my condo over a year ago. With the down pour of rain that we received yesterday I noticed that the gutter was working properly. I called Steve he came out the next day and fixed my problem. Steve mentioned that if I have any more problems to call him. Steve stands behind his work man ship. I feel very confident that he will stand behind his word and work.
