      image Was scheduled to be picked up in Ames at 6:15am for a flight to pickup a vehicle. They never showed up. After about 40mins, I got ahold of someone who promptly put me on hold, after about 15 min, the line was disconnected. I called again, multiple times, and was told the shuttle was full, and that's why I was left... they never contacted me, nothing. They then tried to schedule me for another shuttle an hour and a half later, which would not have allowed me to make my flight. I ended up having to drive myself to the airport, leave my car, and now I have to figure out how to get it when I get back. So, im out that money and time... I'm lucky I have a driver license and car. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE.
