If you want to feel like you are a bother to someone this is the place to go. Walked into get some information about my installer so that he could come back and do a repair that my dog had done. I did not catch the females name (because she didnt offer it up) that I spoke with, for sakes of argument I will refer to her as Broom Hilda. Once Broom Hilda knew that she was not making a sale became less than helpful (didnt think that was possible) only had to repeat what I needed 3 times. I have always purchased from here when Mike Montgomery was there. I will never purchase from here again. If you dare go in stay away from Broom Hilda!,

My brother and I have bought flooring from here for many years and always felt we got a fair deal. It's definitely worth a stop.

I remodeled my office with new carpet. Went to Wayne Montgomery to look at remnants which they have tons of. Found the color I wanted and their installer Ryan did a great job. They have good prices on their carpets.

My installation. Bad points, late every day, dented my wall, hit my chandelier, hand prints on my walls, put bad piece in closet, my bedroom floor makes more noise than my grand kids, and they had an attitude. Good points. When they left. Called and complained about the issues, you would have better luck talking to the river. Got no help what so ever. If you use them, good luck. Never again. If you hear the name Omar, dont walk out of the store, RUN !!!!
