image Im leaving five stars specifically for my salesman, Jack Jochum. Jack was kind, attentive, and professional - it was a joy working with you!
On the other hand, financing was unpleasant. I would recommend coming with financing figured out before hand. After being given a list of financing options that were outlandish, I was ready to walk (the extended warranty would have ended up being 40% of the cost of the vehicle!!!). We ended up reaching a deal that provided what I needed, but not without condescending and passive aggressive comments.

image It's the worst dealership ever. Don't buy a car from them. They sell faulty certified vehicles. I know they did it to us and lied about it during the sale. The sales manager we worked with had zero integrity. After almost a year now, we still have trouble with the car and it's useless. My husband called them to see if they would take responsibility for their lie about selling us a faulty certified car, one of their big dogs tried to bully my husband over everything they did. Be careful if you go to them, they're very sneaky.

image Worst car deal I have ever had...bought car that is been in shop more than I have driven. Of course it's not their fault. Tell me how a car that supposed to have an inspection can have so much wrong? And don't ever thing you'll get a manager they hide behind salesforce...Buyer Beware of this place.

image We used SH service for our Yukon from the day it was new and for three years following that. The average oil change time with an appointment was often 90+ minutes but the staff was usually kind and welcoming but also always apologetic about how long it took each time.
A few months ago the vehicle started having lots of error lights on the dash so we drove it to them immediately. They diagnosed the issue as a bad battery and charged us over $600 for replacing it. A week later the same problem happened and the vehicle left us stranded out of town.
It turned out the alternator was bad and it was misdiagnosed. The bad alternator ruined the replacement battery and the situation left us stranded out of town and we had to rent a car to get back home, not to mention a second repair bill for $2300. We asked SH to simply make the situation right by refunding us the diagnostic fee since it was not diagnosed correctly. The $250 battery shouldve meant a refund of $300+. We made no less than a half dozen calls and same number of emails each time getting an apology and excuses about being busy. Ultimately we were offered a $60 refund.
Weve been more than patient and reasonable. We didnt ask for rental car reimbursement or the hotel stay we had in KC. If this was addressed correctly we couldve been life long customers but between long service wait times and no accountability Im afraid well be taking our service work elsewhere.
I appreciate the email SH but you arent living up to what youre advertising. I hope youre able to make changes to prevent other customers from having similar situations.
