      image There were 5 staff members on the floor, only one was helping a customer and the other 4 were just standing around. Took about 15 minites for any to get off their phones and actaully come help us. The worker that we ended up was mindnumbingly slow and refused to tell us about any numbers about pricing and data plans other than "more" "less" and "a bunch".

      image If you already have good service do not switch. I'm downtown cedar rapids with 4g and Spotify(sound only) buffering. Can't get youtube videos to load. At us cellular the only time I ever had connectivity issues was in the mountains
