We sat at the chef's bar so I got to ask (a lot of) questions about various dishes.
Dishes and cocktails have layers upon layers of flavor.
Short ribs were beyond tender with a savory sauce with lots of depth. The father cocktail is a must. The caramelized fennel with white polenta was a little bland. The orange sorbet and chai gelato were amazing.
Not sure what to order? The staff are very helpful.
Two cocktails, one beer, one starter (fennel with polenta), two entrees (pork three ways and short ribs), and one dessert (orange sorbet/chai gelato) came to $112.
Did I mention that the service was fantastic?
