Very bad experience: had specifically booked a room with 2 Queen Beds, but when checking in was informed that there was no room like that available, they were full and couldn't do anything about it, and were not apologetic at all. I had a guest with me and he had to sleep on the sofa bed in the room, which was a mattress so thin and terrible he had to get up in the middle of the night and to put down some towels as extra padding. I guess I'll need to make the Seinfeld reference: "but the reservation keeps the room available for me... I don't think you know what a reservation means". I mean, the reservation is really the main point of the hotel, if they can't get that right, there's not much point!

Screwed up our reservation so that instead of two beds we got a bed and a foldout. That thing was a hate crime, it stuck me in the ribs all night. Clean but shabby and ugly, truck noise. Nope.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were amazed by what we experienced with our stay. From the ease of checking in, the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were less than 5 minutes from downtown. The free American breakfast was so awesome. It doesn't have the typical carbs and waffles; and the oatmeal bar is so refreshing. There are lots of choices that are well stocked. I got to use the gym at 4 am, since I am an early riser. Both the treadmills are well maintained, and the freeweights are in great condition. We didn't use the pool, saving that experience for next time.
Rooms: Clean and nicely appointed. The water pressure was great, and the temp was as hot as we could stand.
Food & drinks: They have a small convenience shop. The breakfast is the real feature.

Very clean and comfortable with some bonus amenities. Price was decent, and the breakfast selection was reasonable - hot and cold breakfast bar options. Staff was pleasant. Would stay here again.
