They gave me the room and when I entered not even the beds were made, and the plane they gave me later was very dirty and on top of that I paid for the line and when I got to the reception I had to pay another $166

This place is really run down. Carpets dirty,furniture is stained and dirty. Went to eat their C. BREAKFAST both coffee pots had ice cold coffee like yesterday's coffee. I didn't even get food , very little to choose from, and I really didn't trust anything. I will never come back!!!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It looks like it hasnt been cleaned since they opened. We were checked in for 5 days and room service didnt come once. The owner/manager was extremely rude and screamed at my brother during breakfast. The continental breakfast was also a complete joke, the bread was stale and god forbid you try to make a waffle without getting yelled at. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else, this place is horrible.

Will never recommend or stay here again.
Noteworthy details: Safety lock lever missing. Fire/smoke alarm missing with wires hanging out of the wall. Overflowing trash bags at the entrances. Maintenance workers cleaning an exhaust hood in the entryway of the main entrance. Dirty carpet, mirrors, sink, and stained bed linen. Staff did clean the room and change the linen to our satisfaction.

Awful. Just awful. Tv didn't work. No elevator. When I checked in. The man didn't speak hardly English. It's a challenge to communicate with someone like that. Asking what all the time. Then I forgot my room key so I could get my phone charger. And then the guy was extremely rude to me. Absolutely unacceptable. You don't do that to people. Completely horrible disgusting hotel.
