I have to say its had its ups and downs as everything we are dealt in life. But working with Niko and Ann and the others at Pothitakis Law made it alot easier, they were always there to answer any question or concerns i had, no matter how large or small. They assured me things would be fine, and things dont happen over night. They were right. They stood behind me 100% and believed in my case and worked dilegently for me and got what i deserved. As it is hiring someone from any profession, you never know what type of person youll get. In a world filled with so much greed, it is extremely hard to find an attorney like Niko.
He is a genuine good person.
Some people feel that they need an attorney from a big city to find someone that will get them the best outcome. After working with Niko on multiple occasions, I can sincerely say that we are extremely fortunate to have him and his team in southeast Iowa.
Niko has a wall filled with plaques proving how exceptional he is at what he does. His client base spreads much further than Southeast Iowa. The guy is a genius! He is VERY straight forward about what is happening with your case. No extra non-sense. He always kept me updated with what was happening.
Pothatakis law firm is obviously very professional and great at what they do. What sets Niko apart from others is this. I never felt like I was working with a stranger that was only looking to benefit themselves. Work comp/personal injuries are a very complex issue. Niko is going to offer whats best long term for his client. Even if it benefits him less financially. He genuinely cares about each persons situation and well being.
