Kari has gone above and beyond when it comes to running me down parts for i/r telehandlers, way better than minpar, and skyjack, both of those companies are horrible to deal with. Kari and I believe Luke both have put in extreme amounts of efforts to get me what I need without having to hound them. they return calls, call back send txt and email. and I'm never sitting in the dark waiting if somethings coming. super easy to deal with and joy as they also have a sense of humor unlike the other outfits that make you feel like you're bothering them. have used them quite a few times now and its nice knowing they will get back with me when they say they are going to look into something. 5 stars all the way. they are my first call when it comes to Arieal equipment. thanks guys keep it up.
