The owners of this office prioritize profit and the staff are expected to create unnecessary or excessive treatment plans rather than cheaper and just as effective options. Their treatment plan for me would cost over 15k and were adamant that this was the only good treatment options for me. The hygienist absolutely refused to give me a regular cleaning because she was adamant that I have a bad gingivitis infection that needed to be treated before anything else. I already read online that aspen dental is known for this whole gingivitis treatment sell to get more out of your pocket, and I knew I did not and have never had gingivitis. Two months later with my new dentist, he confirmed that I do not have gingivitis and his treatment plan for all the same issues was 2.5k versus aspen dentals 15k plan.

They dd not respect my time. They finally took me back a half hour late from my appointment. I had to ask. They were not very professional at the front desk. They seemed to operate more like a car service department than a medical facility.

I cannot state how poorly Aspen treated me. I trusted them for 2 years of dental care and after I questioned them on their results that cost me thousands of dollars I went to an independent practice that verified my doubts and that I indeed wasted thousands at Aspen dental. Their practice is almost criminal and has put me in financial worries for NO reason. I also never had proof an actual dentist verified any of my dental history here, and no proof of a medically certified dentist being on site was given. Additionally, they were closed randomly during the week multiple times and whenever I had schedule questions or changes I typically had to call 3 or 4 times over the course of 2 days to get a response. I wish I could get my money back and never have to think of them again. LOOK ELSEWHERE, there are many much better reviewed local practices that will be honest and do proper work.
