Maintenance guy is great, he knows what he is doing and gets it done ASAP. Also the property manager is amazing as well:) She is very friendly and will help you as much as she can.

If you think they are 5 star go look at the reviews below they are mostly all fake. Read the reviews before considering this place. Absolutely horrible place to live. They dont fix nothing. The maintenance man doesnt fix anything and sits around all day. The office lady is never in the office and smokes on the smoke free property. No one cleans up poop. The whole place has just been patched up. Went 18 months without a dishwasher for them to give me the neighbors that didnt work. Paided for a two bathroom and got one. Never had a fire alarm. But completed my work orders like everything was fixed. Maintenance man came and fixed our bathtub for it to over flow. So we had to pay to do it our self. Left a broken metal plug in our outlet we couldnt get out. There was people with leaking ceilings and paying for appliances because theirs didnt work. Health department came in for pool and another time for mold in my neighbors apartment. I could go on forever..
