Most worthless Post Office. Delivered my mail to neighbor, I had my flag up and did not pick up pkg. Never know if pkgs will be picked up. Then I have to pay full price

We were left a slip saying we had to pick our package up because they "missed us." We were sitting at the couch which is 3 feet from the front door, in which they never knocked at. Then when we called the post office to question why this happened we were met with extremely rude service when all we wanted was information on why they never knocked at the door to sign for our package. When the driver returned the package she was rude as well. We have lived here for the past 7 years and have never had a problem prior.

Every time we have a package thats supposed to be delivered to our house they always say that they attempted to deliver the package, but couldnt, and they excuse would be a dog or they attempted to and still couldnt and its a lie we always at the door and they dont even try to come to the house and deliver the package. Lazy!
