      Paul, we are sorry you feel this way. At this juncture, we have responded to any request or complaint in a timely and professional manner. The owner has on multiple occasions responded immediately, including rescheduling or canceling previous appointments to honor your requests. The review here is unjust, and for what amounted to 3 applications in most seasons, we feel we attained fantastic results. The claim of poor customer service does not fit here. We do not feel it is appropriate to discuss any other issues on this forum. If you would like to discuss it with the owner personally, feel free to contact him. We appreciated your past patronage and wish you the very best.
