Avoid at all cost.
Village quarter offers you so much more and is a whole lot cheaper than what you get here.
Apartment tour was great since we were assured that the apartment would be cleaned upon move in. As you can see in my photos this is how the apartment was given to us. Dead bugs and spiders all over the place. Filthy floors and cabinets.
Walls are paper thin. Youll hear your neighbors entire conversation. The obnoxious people above you throwing things all night long.
Windows leak like crazy so energy bill is over $300.
Communication starts off great and slowly becomes nonexistent. Theres a video below of some sort of animal stuck in our vent, we have yet to have someone remove of now deceased animal( a week later.)
$114/monthly plus rent includes $5 pest fee which does nothing. Ants, roaches, grasshoppers, spiders, and frogs will still walk right in.
$40 trash fee limits you to 2, 13gallon bags Sunday -Thursday. People have trash out 24/7 so theres coyotes at night.
You have to make a pet screening profile even if youve never thought of having a pet. And theres dog waste everywhere you step.
Rent late fees are ridiculous because the site purposely doesnt work on the first of the month so you end up paying over $200 in fees. So if you must live here, pay with check.
This place mightve been great at one point but its the worse place weve lived so far.

You can never get ahold of anyone in the front office. Its always locked and their hours are never what they say they are. Management is understaffed or just dont care. You can never get a response if you call so you have to go to the front office and theres never anyone there. 1/5
