Had to edit my review. I did give 5 stars but now they deserve 0. If you miss an appointment they kick you from the office. No matter the reason. My son has rsv in the hospital on oxygen back in 2021 we miss the appointment and they went to kick us but I had paperwork to prove he was in the hospital they gave me 1more chance. I missed our appointment in March 3 years later and they kicked us. I will never recommend them again. So many have had this issue with this dentist. They're money hungry and if you cost them any money at all they'll kick you so quickly.

My granddaughter autumnsnow had a great experience there she said everybody was very nice and she got to help them do things definitely will bring her back

If I could give zero stars I would. Becky is absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude on the phone and in office. She raises her voice and is very confrontational in all aspects. She will get in your face and put words in your mouth if she does not agree with you. She does not know how to professionally handle a difficult situation. The head dr is very brash and unsympathetic to sensitive situations as well. I would not recommend this office for my dogs let alone my children.

Weve been taking our son to see Dr. McCrea at Northpoint Pediatric Dentistry for 10+ years. We are 100% happy with and thankful for their services.
