Went in today to look at a hunting item as I have hundreds of times before and the lady behind the counter which Ive never seen before demanded my drivers license to which I replied wow thats weird Ive never been asked that before just to see an item and she very rudely replied yeah well Im the department lead, if this is how they are training employees to treat customers now I will take my business somewhere else from now on. In addition the item I was looking at was being sold as new but had substantial damage on it that would require it to be reconditioned, In my opinion without a substantial discount that is hardly fair to the consumer. This particular department was dead and I have never seen that before, it seems that destroyed inventory and negative employees have pushed everyone away!
