Jeffreys auto is a terrible place to try to buy a vehicle! Me and my husband was there on Monday evening looked at a truck and was approved for the loan on the truck but because the banks was already closed for the evening we needed to wait to finish the loan.
The salesman JD had asked do you want to put any money down to hold it before I could even answer he says well you really don’t need to because I can see you’ve already been approved we just need to finish everything on the loan.
That being said we explain to him our work schedule and trying to get there by the time they closed telling them on Tuesday as they didn’t call us back until after 4pm we would try to get there Wednesday. When I called Wednesday to let them know when we would be there to close they were already showing it to someone else in the process of selling it to them.
I told them that is not right you already knew we had been buying it and even offered to do $500.00 to hold it till that evening when my husband could get there to do paper work and he would not take the money to hold it and called me back 2 hours later to let me know they had sold it already!
To say they are Christian people I find that very hard to believe with the way they do people.. We will never buy anything from them and never suggest anyone to go there!

Purchased a vehicle from them and had it inspected which uncovered (fixable) issues, brought it back to them 2 days after I drove it off the lot and was given a run around, they were not willing to fix or help with the issues that should have rightfully been found and fixed before they sold the vehicle. Or at least the price lowered and the issues listed in description. The 3 month warranty was no help either as I was told it was not in affect yet. Jeffrey himself was pleasant but the rest of the Salesman seemed bothered by every little thing, very unprofessional, would not buy from this lot again

My daughter and her boyfriend went here against my advice and jeff and the gang sold her a car that they owe twice as much for a car than the blu book value and did this under the Ruse of being Christians. Nothing but a Charlatan. Do not buy from this fake religious company
