Its hardly ever a good experience for anyone to have to go in there unless they talk to the blonde lady who sits at the left window usually, she's nice and actually cares, or at least she acts as suchgood attitudes are ALWAYS better than bad when business is involved, especially one that involes the livelyhood of families!

Terrible customer service skills from one of the ladies at the front. This lady was chunky and had blonde hair and just thought it was perfectly normal to interrupt people while theyre talking. This woman thinks she is above you. These days you cant even be nice to people and try to have a conversation or they will get a nasty attitude. She made me repeat myself 5 times because she was talking over me instead of listening. She acts like she doesnt enjoy her job and if shes going to treat someone shes never met less than she doesnt deserve her title. Give the title to someone more deserving and let this one find a position perhaps in law enforcement or something she acts like she can just treat whoever how she chooses.
It was awfully funny when I started to raise my voice and look her directly in the eye she got quieter and nicer. Its sad you have to demand respect.
Also just wanted to mention everyone was sitting around on desks chatting away about hair, food and makeup. Its not a good look Im just saying.
I will probably never return here to rent a building out. And I wanted to leave this review so the real chunky lady with the greasy blonde hair will know Im not very fond of her disrespectful behavior.
And hopefully they dont hold their board meetings fraudulently just because they dislike a person. I will be taking pictures (;

Charging a crime victim for a police report on the incident is callous disregard for your citizens. To cover cost of ink and paper? Good grief.
