image We had termite damage and acculevel was hired to jack up the house and they scabbed a new band board over the damaged existing band board which wasn't a problem at all, however there was a section approximately the same size as what we had fixed that was missed in the initial inspection. I later found it and emailed the owner that if I hired them to come out second time I didn't expect to pay the full price for a trip out because they should have taken care of the issue all at once. We paid 2k, they did half of the work we needed done, I found the spot they missed, and I wanted a price as if all of this was done together. They offered 10% off. I've tried to email the owner but he wouldn't respond. Service: Foundations

image As a small business owner and someone that works a lot with contractors and other businesses, anytime I have to hire someone for a home project, especially one pertaining to the foundation of my home, it is so important for me to analyze a business based on their reviews, professionalism, their employees, experience, and the way they operate. So when it was time for our family to finally install an egress window in our basement for safety reasons, Acculevel was at the top of our list. I will list my review in depth below from start to finish and I will say that if I had to do this all over again, I would most definitely hire Acculevel again and recommend them to my family, friends, and neighbors.
1. When first inquiring about installing an egress window in, I filled out an inquiry form on their website. I received a phone call within the first hour of putting that inquiry in and was able to schedule a week and a half later for my inspection.Beau, who was scheduled to do our inspection texted me the night before to confirm our appointment together and arrived right on time, not a minute late. He was extremely friendly and right off the bat asked ideally if I could put my window anywhere where would it be, and though I already knew there were limitations in place as to where I could have the egress window placed, it was appreciated that he took the time to work with the customer. He gave me a quote right then, and didn't try to push me into signing anything or committing to the company.
2. After the consultation Friday, on Monday I emailed over some questions to Beau that my husband and I had prior to signing a contract. He emailed me back within a couple hours. The next day we signed a contract, put down our deposit, called 811 and waited for our install date.
3. Two days later {6 days after our initial consultation}, the crew arrived with all the equipment at 9am to begin the dig. This is by far the most impressive part of us hiring Acculevel, as I am naturally a very impatient person and I do not do well with contractors who push projects for months. This was exceptional and I was extremely pleased with this timeframe. A company that has crews + equipment ready to go =happy customer.
4. The crew. I cannot leave a review without mentioning their crew. Two of the most efficient men I have worked with. I watched them throughout the day {both inside and out} and there was never any rush, just accuracy. They are the reason that I knew that I would be leaving this stellar review, because at the end of the day, it's not the owner or the sales guy or the administrator answering the phone that makes a happy customer {though those things do help}, it's the crew that took their time, were professional, cleaned up, and made the job look easy {something I know it's not}. Though I gave both men a tip, I believe they deserve raises for such a job well done. What was told to me would be a two day job was done in one and they made it look like the window was there for years {I can't wait to lay down mulch and landscaping}. They worked from 9-7 and their hard work did not go unnoticed. Thank you both, I hope this review is shared with you, you deserve all the praise.
5. When there was a communication error, the company stood by their work and most importantly corrected it, and did so right away, not weeks or multiple phone calls later. I think this company cares about their customers, stands by their work, and therefore left me with confidence in the job.
Thank you Acculevel.
And because I believe reviews are important long term as well, I will be sure to update this review in a year or two to let others know how my window is holding up. Services: Structural construction assistance, Foundations

image $6,000 job... Perimeter drain, industrial pump with back up battery & discharge. 2017 & every year , I've have had to contact them because they said I'd have a dry basement when they were done... I did not! I am still waiting for them to make things right & finish the work & customer satisfaction they advertise. I understand not following through in 2020, but ... I'm still waiting. I am not at all pleased with their service.
Follow up review...
The COO called me on Sunday. He had Mike Taylor on Monday. Mr. Taylor was at my home on Tuesday morning. Diagnosis my pumps had gone bad. Thankfully it was within the 5 year warranty. He was back on Wednesday morning to replace the pumps.
